Aaah, the Tailgate Party. The timeless excuse to partake publicly in the wee hours of the morning, wearing brightly colored shirts, crazy wigs, and hopeful expressions. Some weeks, its almost too cold to knit out there. ALMOST. Show your team spirit by knitting up some goodies in your favorite team colors! Just let us know who your team is, and which colors you want as the predominant and secondary colors. We'll do our research and match your yarn to your team colors as best as we can. This two-color dye style looks great with our Borracha or Stashbuster patterns!
"Tailgate Party" Sock-aholic(TM) is created by hand at our smoke-free brewery using a super soft 4-ply Luxury Sock Yarn made from 75% Washable Wool and 25% Nylon. Each skein contains 480 yards, and knits at a gauge of 7-9 stitches per inch using size 1-2 needles. This yarn maintains beautiful stitch definition when used for pattern stitches, is strong enough to support lace work, and its softness makes it a pleasure to handle and wear.
Each skein of our yarn is hand-dyed individually, therefore no two are exactly alike.
Washing Instructions: Hand washing in cool water is recommended to prolong the life of any hand-knit or hand-crocheted item. This yarn may also be gently machine washed in cool water. Roll in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring), and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.
