It was Saturday night in the Big Easy, and I found myself in a clip joint where the drinks were cheap and the chippies were cheaper. I glanced acrossed the crowded bar, where my eyes caught a looker draped in ice and wearing the most vibrant turqoise stockings ever hand-knit. With only a Fin in my pocket, this hinky gum-shoe wasn't going to be in her league.

"Devil in a Blue Dress" Sock-aholic^® Old No.8 is dyed by hand at our brewery using a wonderfully soft 8-ply Luxury Sock Yarn made from 90% Superwash Merino and 10% Nylon.  Each 100g skein contains approximately 410 yards, and knits at a gauge of 7-9 stitches per inch using size 1-2 needles. This yarn has a smooth and refined appearance, and will help you create elegant fingering weight projects.

This yarn may be machine washed in cool water using a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Roll in a towel to remove excess water, and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.
